The paper tells a group called the Patient Protection Commission to make some suggestions. These suggestions should help people in Nevada get better health care. The Patient Protection Commission will write down these suggestions in a report. This report will come out later this year.

Governor Lombardo’s paper says that more and more people will need health care in the future. But there might not be enough people to give it to them. This is especially true for people who live far away from big cities, like in rural areas.

The Patient Protection Commission has a job to do. They need to look at rules that might make it hard to hire and keep health care workers. They also need to make sure that when health care workers get paid, it encourages them to do a good job.

In the year 2023, a group of people got together to make a plan.
